As our web development team grows, we need a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to help us maintain our high standards. Your position is a crucial part of the successful expansion of our development team.
Your job will be to evaluate and assess code produced by the web development team, test the code delivered and report back with anything that needs changing.
You will need skills and experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML, JavaScript and CSS to be able to properly evaluate features produced by the team.
You will work closely within the development team, using your expertise and experience, guidance from senior developers and general development guidelines produced by the company to help us all produce our best work.
Your day to day activities will include code reviews, bug reports, documentation, testing, creating development processes for the team and sometimes pair programming with individual developers. You would be working as part of a small team who works closely together. We meet regularly and discuss our current tasks to help each other out where we can.
