Summary

You will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing voice and network issues on VoIP Media Gateways, SIP Proxy Servers, Session Border Controllers, IVR, Conference bridges. You will also cover administration and maintenance of voice Servers and services, configuration, the testing of new services, documenting systems and working practices, working in line with ISO compliancy standards and will contribute to overall strategy and performance improvements.

You will be an experienced VoIP Support Engineer with many years experience in a Carrier or Service Provider, strong knowledge of TDM, SS7 and VoIP telephony using SIP protocol, experience supporting high availability 24/7 environments and general skills in Cisco networking products, IP Protocols and routing along with structured cabling systems. Proficiency with configuration of asterisk, opensips, freeswitch is necessary. Linux/Unix experience will be a big advantage. You’ll have a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to show initiative and the acumen to learn quickly. You’ll be working in an energetic, fast paced environment with early responsibility
