Summary of minimum job requirements:
- Demonstrable passion for web and user centred design.
- Degree in HCI, Human Factors, Psychology or other usability-related field.
- In-depth knowledge of usability practices and principles.
- Experience of creating usability testing scripts & surveys.
- Experience of moderating usability studies.
- Experience of Analysis & Reporting of usability studies.
- Aptitude for self learning and quickly picking up new software and techniques.
- Skilled in verbal and written communication, both formal and informal.
- Have excellent teamwork skills.
- Have ability to work in a cross-disciplinary environment.
- Have excellent numerical and verbal reasoning skills.
- Must be prepared to travel, UK, Europe & USA.
- Hands on attitude and keen to work in an expanding business.
- Self starter with good self-discipline.

Summary of desirable (but not required) characteristics:
- Experience of recruiting users for studies.
- Ability and willingness to develop new approaches to usability testing.
- Experience of eye tracking technology.
- Experience of Rapid/Paper prototyping.
- Experience of Heuristic analysis.
- Experience of Statistical analysis.
- Experience of Experience of Morae.
- Interest in helping eco / green businesses online.
- Experience of website traffic and analytics.
- French, Dutch or German language skills.
- Your own blog/flickr/myspace type thing.
