Summary
Connectpoint Direct offers a range of online marketing products to its clients. In this role, you will be responsible for both supporting specific marketing activities by providing assistance using Connectpoint Direct’s proprietary marketing software as well as designing content and running their campaigns on their behalf when required.
You will be tasked with maintaining the various support channels as well as take an active role in the design of marketing content.

Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and develop effective relationships with a wide range of existing and new clients.
Provide and manage 1st line telephone and email support both pro-actively and on demand.
Creation of content for use in client marketing activities in the form of HTML, graphics and written copy.
Create and execute marketing activities using proprietary in-house on-line marketing tools on behalf of the company and clients when requested.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements
Required
Able to apply an analytical and methodical approach to troubleshooting client problems.
Excellent interpersonal skills both spoken and written.
Proven ability to create standards compliant HTML web pages.
Hands on experience of recent versions of MS Windows and MS Office.
Desirable
Exposure to, or understanding of, modern day email marketing. Ideally including the technical issues surrounding email marketing (deliverability issues, best practices etc).
Previous experience of a support role.
Produce and debug basic JavaScript.
Experience of working in a Unix environment.
Display Creativity while producing new content.
