We are looking for a talented Project Manager to work within the Project Management team.
You will be responsible for managing projects from conceptualisation through to delivery, and will work closely with other Project Managers and Account Directors. You will be comfortable briefing work to both technical and creative teams and will be able to objectively critique the work produced. The role involves scoping projects, creating schedules, providing project plans and taking responsibility for project finance.

Applicants will have proven Project Management experience within a digital environment.
You must also be creative and intelligent, believing in the perfect execution of tasks.
Key duties include:
Taking Client requirements and from these, producing project documentation
Providing accurate costs and schedules to clients and the project team
Producing regularly updated project documentation of the highest standard
Managing project finance & deliverables
Effectively communicating requirements to technical and creative teams
Coordinating the project team, keeping all teams aware of deadlines
Ensuring multiple projects are carried out on time and to budget
Working as part of the Project Management team, providing support where necessary
As a perfect candidate you will have:
Excellent attention to detail
Experience of digital marketing, scoping, costing, planning and delivering New Media projects
Experience of managing multiple projects to strict production deadlines
An understanding of the creative briefing process and how to critique creative concepts
Functional knowledge of online databases and dynamic content generation
Confident communication skills with excellent verbal and written abilities
A good working knowledge of MS Office (knowledge of MS Project and MS Visio is an advantage).
The flexibility required to work on both long and short term projects
An enthusiastic personality and a ‘can do’ attitude
Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience.
