Code-Sign needs experienced SEO+PPC specialists to drive high quality traffic to our clients' websites and our own in-house web projects. We'd prefer freelancers, but if you're only interested in a full-time position, we're open to that option too.
These are the qualities we're looking for:
* On the ball - you keep up-to-date with SEM research and best practice
* Experienced - you have an impressive track record of SEO and PPC results in competitive markets
* A thorough understanding of business and marketing - you can adapt your expertise to different market sectors
* Client-facing - you converse professionally and confidently with clients, and help them understand what you do
* Well-organised and efficient - you stick to deadlines and let others know if you encounter delays
* Good writing skills - you ensure your written communications are easy to read and grammatically-correct (no spammy SEO or Adwords copy!)
An appreciation of web usability - you understand how the changes you make to a website can affect the user experience
