We are currently searching for a talented *Web Designer* to join our talented team.

First and foremost you will be a great designer with a passion for the visual arts, who is able to successfully translate this into interactive and functional experiences for our clients.

We expect all our production staff to have the very best XHTML and CSS skills. You should be able to push the boundaries of layout and design, whilst still creating code that is accessible, usable and adheres to W3C standards.

Commercial experience of Flash animation would help your application. Knowledge of ActionScript would be even better, especially if you can code in AS3.

Any other skills you can bring into the mix would be a bonus, including video / audio editing, After Effects, 3D design, Silverlight, jQuery (or other JS platform), Papervision, traditional illustration, Subversion, juggling, the ability to transcend time and space...

Ideally we'd like to see 2 - 6 years experience. If you don't meet this requirement but think you've got what it takes, apply anyway - we can be flexible for the right person.
