The role
You will be responsible for setting up and managing PPC campaigns and will be expected to contribute towards the development of the Search Department.
Responsibilities include:
* Set up new campaigns
* Maintain and track several PPC campaigns and stay within budget.
* Maintain communication, support and feedback with your clients regarding their PPC campaign.
* Maintain an up to date knowledge of PPC strategies and guidelines
* Set and achieve realistic targets
* Maximise clients ROI
* Work closely with the SEO team on joint search projects
* Attend industry events and client meetings to promote the company and service
Skills and experience
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
* Knowledge of major PPC systems (Google Adwords, Overture/Yahoo Search Marketing, MSN adCenter)
* Web Analytics software such as Google Analytics
* Landing pages
* Conversion factors
* Keyword research
* Competitor analysis
* Analysis, data manipulation and data presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task and stay organized
You should have implemented PPC in a range of industries and budgets and or be able to demonstrate an understanding of diversity.
Must have or be willing to work towards becoming qualified in the Google Advertising Professionals programme
