We are a passionate team of talented interactive designers and developers, working on some great accounts within an integrated agency. We’re looking for an equally talented and passionate Account / Project Manager to join us.
You will need to be able to develop new business and existing client relationships with one hand whilst delivering projects and ensuring smooth workflow through the studio with the other. In addition, you:
Have at least 2-3 years relevant industry experience
Are hard working, adaptable and looking for a challenge
Confident in your team leadership abilities
Able to represent the department within the wider agency and group, working on integrated strategies and pitches with other marketing disciplines
Key responsibilities include:
To foster and develop new and existing client relationships to ensure the relationship is seen as a positive by the client, and to identify new business opportunities.
To work within the integrated agency and other group companies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
To work as a member of the interactive team to produce strategies, proposals, quotations and presentations for clients ensuring that all information presented is accurate and complete.
To manage multiple interactive projects from inception to delivery to ensure on-time, right quality and on budget delivery.
To take responsibility for sales forecasting for the department, creating and delivering against forecasts.
To identify and progress opportunities for improvements in procedures and processes which will support improved performance against Key Performance Indicators i.e. on-time, right quality, on budget.
