We are currently seeking a motivated, hands-on Senior .NET Developer to join our development team working across client projects. You will be responsible for designing, building, testing, debugging and documenting web applications working in a fast-paced environment.

We help our clients to get the maximum benefit from their investment in CMS technology by providing specialist consultancy and development services throughout the life cycle of their project, from analysing business requirements through to training and support.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Formal IT qualifications or university degree are preferable but not essential if relevant industry experience can be demonstrated. You must have at least 3 years experience developing browser based solutions using ASP.NET technologies (preferably C#). Experience or an appreciation of current Content Management technologies would be advantageous.
- Expert hands-on knowledge of Microsoft ASP.NET (C#) 1.1 and above
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL Server 2000 and above
- Hands-on knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS
- Hands-on knowledge of Java Script, AJAX, DHTML
- Strong working knowledge developing for cross platform/browser compatibility
- Familiarity with and adherence to web and accessibility standards
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good problem solver
- Must be able to take initiative to be productive and efficient.
- Must be able to function independently and still work well in a "team oriented" environment.
OPTIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Hands-on knowledge of XSLT
- Experience with source control tools such as Subversion
- Experience of jQuery and Microsoft ASP.NET AJAX
- Experience writing technical specifications
- Experience with CMS products such as SDL Tridion, MOSS and Umbraco
- Experience with search technologies such as Verity, Autonomy or Lucene
