If you can talk techie but can also translate it for our human clients we'd really love to see if you can make us smile. The way we treat our clients is part of what makes us special. We require a developer with 'first line' support skills and a proactive approach to customer care. However, as we build things well, support work can be a little thin on the ground at times, so you may be required to help with general PHP development tasks. A sound knowledge of CMSs and basic PHP, HTML, CSS, and javascript is a must, but strong communication skills and a little 'personal charm' are equally as important.
