C++ & PHP Software Developer Job for Taxi Academy

This is an exciting position working on various different projects for a small company based in Manchester city center next to Victoria station. The person will be responsible for maintaining and updating code for a small in house development. The software is used for a taxi company as a more advanced method of communication. It is attracting a lot of attention for investors.

The software is split into two key areas the mobile devices and the operators web interface. The mobile software runs on windows mobile 6.5 and is written in C++. The software is responsible for maintaining GPS location and communicating this back to the server. It also acts as an interface for the drivers to accept jobs. The web interface is written in PHP and JavaScript and allows the operator to take calls and communicate with the drivers PDA.

The ideal candidate for this roll will have all the following key skills. All levels of experience will be considered however it is crucial you are confident and ready to use any of the languages below.
